  • Collective effort. Our team dedicates time five days a week, from 8:30 to 9:00 am, to get on a group Zoom call and practice our skills together. During these sessions, we focus on essential skills like how to qualify clients, uncover their motivations, ask empowering questions, and go deeper into their needs and desires. Essentially, our goal is to become question-asking ninjas—skilled professionals who can quickly get to the heart of why someone wants to buy or sell a property. This helps us better guide them in achieving their goals.
  •  The art of asking questions. One of the biggest pieces of feedback we get from our clients is that they feel truly heard and cared for by our agents. How do we achieve this? By practicing the art of asking the right questions. We believe this is our number one competitive advantage in the market. Unlike other agents who may fumble through conversations with clients, we practice our dialogues and interactions daily within our team. This preparation gives us the confidence to guide our buyers and sellers effectively, especially in turbulent market conditions.

  • Join our daily skills practice. Our practice sessions are open to guests! Right now, during our “Boot Camp” season, we have four to five newer agents joining us every day, and the feedback has been phenomenal. One new agent mentioned, “I’ve learned more about real estate in the last two weeks of skills practice than I have in four years.” We take pride in providing a space for growth, learning, and mastery, and we’re always happy to see new faces.
