I’m here with Chris Powles, the Director of Sales at Hvizda Realty Group. Every day, he helps our agents become more productive and live meaningful lives.
One of our core values is to be learning-based. With that in mind, we kick it off every morning with a scripted role play, a discussion about the market, and talk about anything that the agents are struggling with. Then, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. is time for lead generation and follow-ups. We have a lot of systems in place to track how many people we reach out to, how many conversations we have, and how many conversions to appointments we get. We have a lot of accountability around those numbers. Every week, we also meet one on one to talk through any challenges or struggles our agents have. We review the numbers to see where they can improve.
