Here is the number one reason people are afraid to get into real estate: they believe they will earn nothing for the first six months and go broke before they ever close a deal. So let me tell you about an agent on our team who joined about 30 days ago with zero real estate experience, having come from working in a movie theater, and was already bringing in income in his very first month. He is not a superstar. He simply stepped into a system built for exactly this moment.

I run talent for our team, so I have had a front-row seat to who makes it in this business and who does not. And I will be honest about something most recruiters avoid saying: in real estate there is value, and there is hype. Many teams are excellent at the hype, the flashy social media and the big promises. We are quietly obsessed with the value, the part that actually gets a brand-new person to their first check. It is less impressive online, but it is the part that changes a life. So rather than sell you, let me show you how that new agent was earning 30 days in, because it was not luck and it was not talent. It was three specific things working together, and anyone reading this could step into the same thing.

The first is our showing partner program, and it is the best answer I know to the first-six-months fear. As a new agent, you can partner with our higher-level agents and handle showings for them, earning fifteen percent of the commission for doing so. That means income almost immediately, while you are still learning, rather than waiting months for your own first deal to close. It also does something larger than the money: it puts you in real homes, with real buyers, having real conversations, from your first week. You are not sitting in a classroom hoping to be ready someday. You are in the field, getting reps and building genuine skill the only way anyone ever does, by doing the work. That new agent took every showing opportunity he could, and that is why he had income in month one.

The second is the work itself, and we hand you the exact map for it. We run every new agent through a 30/60/90-day framework. It begins simply and it begins hard: in your first 30 days, you build a list of 250 people you already know and call every one of them, every day, to let them know you are in real estate now. Everybody knows an agent, but if you are the one who reaches out and stays in touch, you become the agent they think of the moment they need one. Sixty and 90 days carry their own escalating targets. This framework is the entire culture; everyone runs it, including me on the recruiting side. It is not complicated. It is real work, laid out step by step so you always know what to do next. That new agent did not guess his way to a closing. He followed the map.

“You don’t have to be a superstar. You need income while you learn, a clear map, and people who won’t let you fail alone.”

The third is what makes the work survivable, and it is why people do not wash out here the way they do elsewhere: you are never doing this alone. From day one you have support on four sides at once. There is sales support from a dedicated mentor who does quick daily check-ins. There is skills practice three mornings a week, live role-play where you can ask the questions every new agent is afraid to ask, because most people in their first 90 days truly do not know what to say to a buyer or a seller. There is operations support so the paperwork does not sink you. And there are your fellow agents in a team chat, answering questions throughout the day. The check-ins at 30, 60, and 90 days are not there to catch you failing; every one of them asks how we can help you get there. And here is the part I am proudest of: even if someone is not ready for the team yet, they are not cut loose. They join a mastermind group I run and keep growing until they are ready. Nobody falls through the cracks.

You do not have to be a superstar to build a real career in real estate. You do not need experience, and you do not need a large savings cushion to survive the first few months. You need income while you learn, a clear map for the work, and real people in your corner who will not let you fail alone. That is the whole system, and it is why brand-new agents on our team are earning and closing in their first weeks.
