When I was getting into real estate, I spoke with many teams and brokerages before making my decision. Most of them led with the same thing: leads. And leads matter, don’t get me wrong. But what I really wanted to know was what the day-to-day support actually looked like. What happens when I’m overwhelmed? What happens when I forget to follow up? What happens when I want to do something meaningful for my clients, but I simply don’t have the bandwidth to plan it?
That’s what made Hvizda Realty Group stand out to me. And that’s what I want to walk you through here, because if you’re thinking about joining a real estate team in Concord, New Hampshire, I think these three things are worth knowing about.
The database: A 63-Point Touch Program. This is the one I talk about most when agents ask me what I wish I had known earlier. The database at Hvizda Realty Group is built around a 63-point touch program. Once you’ve entered your contacts and their information, the outreach is mapped out for you: calls, texts, emails, and physical mailings. You don’t have to wonder what to say or when to reach out. It’s already set up.
It also tracks the things that are easy to let slip. Birthdays. Anniversaries. A lead you spoke with months ago who wasn’t ready yet. The system keeps track so you don’t have to, and no one falls through the cracks just because life got busy.
When a client’s situation shifts, and it does all the time, you switch their follow-up plan with a single click. Someone who was casually browsing three months ago is now ready to move quickly. One click and the outreach adjusts. You stay consistent without feeling like a robot.
Team leads are assigned directly through the system, too, and there’s also a large pool you can work independently. Everything is in one place.
The ops team: so you can focus on people. There are days in real estate that feel like an endless to-do list. Showings, contracts, negotiations, client calls, and on top of all of that, you’re supposed to be posting on social media, sending newsletters, creating listing content, and promoting open houses. I tried doing it all myself early on. It’s a lot.
At Hvizda Realty Group, the ops team handles the marketing. All of it. Social media across every platform, YouTube, newsletters, listing videos, open house promotions, under contract and sold posts, client anniversaries, and special events. My job is to record the script. The rest gets handled.
That one shift changed how I show up for my clients. Instead of scrambling to be a marketing specialist, I get to focus on the people. That’s what I got into real estate in New Hampshire to do.
Client events: three a year, and I don’t have to plan them. I love in-person time with my clients. Getting everyone together, showing some genuine appreciation, and staying connected in a way that goes beyond a text or an email. But planning an event like that takes real time, and real time is something I’d rather spend helping someone buy or sell a home.
Hvizda Realty Group hosts three client events a year in New Hampshire. Organized by the team, paid for by the team. It could be a pie giveaway, a baseball game, or something seasonal. Whatever it is, the ops team handles every detail. I just show up and enjoy the time with my clients. That kind of genuine connection is hard to put a dollar value on, and the fact that it’s built into the structure here says a lot about what this team actually prioritizes.
